(1) According to rule 19, the recognized organization that has obtained permission to issue securities shall sell such securities through securities dealers.
(2) When selling securities according to sub-rule (1), the organized organization shall enter into an agreement with the securities dealer. The organized organization should also attach a copy of the agreement made in this way and give notice to the board of the transaction of securities sale.
